There is a dedicated team of women members of Legal Aid Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow. The major focus of this team members is issues related to women and children. The area of focus are as follows: Domestic Violence in Marriage, Subjugation of women rights lead to violation of human rights, Legal position and rights of Eunuchs, Women Suffrage Rights of Second Wife Violence against woman - Issues of Honour killing Educational backwardness of Women Gender Inequality Changing Facets of Sexual offences.

Legal Aid Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow organized a debate competition on the topic One Candidate One Constituency on April 1, 2019 that attracted more than 50 participants to the debate who shared their views in favor and against on the topic with majority of the participants from the 'favor' criteria which mainly focused on the injustice people suffer during the One Candidate Two Constituency rule while participants opposite of the bench naturally blamed the people only for their sufferings.

Legal Aid Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow has initiated with the tree plantation drive in joint effort with the 'Go Green Save Earth Foundation'. The faculty teachers along with the students, part of the Legal Aid Centre planted trees and took an initiative towards green earth. The Centre also distributed plants to the faculty teachers and also to the employees. Voice towards 'Green Earth' was initiated by the Scholars.
